We are not responsible for any customs fees. By purchasing our products, you agree that your package (s) may be taxed at your country’s customs, and that if so, you will be solely responsible for paying the fees.
1. All orders are dispatched from Europe (Not UK)
2. Εvery customer must be aware of the applicable charges of his country for the import of products from third countries.
3. A parcel is not considered lost if it is seized by the customs and the customer refuses to proceed with all the procedures needed for import.
4. A parcel is not considered lost if the customer provides us with false information (misspelled name/address, wrong phone number, wrong address (City, Post Code, House number) etc
5. Our company will dispatch your order 1-2 working days after you place it. UPS delivery needs 10-15 working days to deliver the parcel. Delays we cannot predict or control may occur. Our company cannot take the responsibility of the delivery delays which may occur by UPS.
