CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees. By purchasing our products, you agree that your package (s) may be taxed at your country’s customs, and that if so, you will be solely responsible for paying the fees.
1. All orders are dispatched from Europe (Not UK)
2. Εvery customer must be aware of the applicable charges and laws of his country for the import of products from third countries.
3. A parcel is not considered lost if it is seized by the customs and the customer refuses to proceed with all the procedures needed for import. We are not responsible if the all or part of the order is seized by the customs of the customer’s country.
4. A parcel is not considered lost if the customer provides us with false information (misspelled name/address, wrong phone number, wrong address (City, Post Code, House number) etc
5. Our company will dispatch your order 1-2 working days after you place it. UPS delivery needs 10-15 working days to deliver the parcel. Delays we cannot predict or control may occur. Our company cannot take the responsibility of the delivery delays which may occur by UPS.

WHAT DOES NON-EU COUNTRY MEAN
Non-EU country or a third country means a country that is not a member of the European Union as well as a country or territory whose citizens do not enjoy the European Union’s right to free movement.
EU COUNTRIES
The EU countries are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)
The EEA includes EU countries and also Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. It allows them to be part of the EU’s single market.
Switzerland is not an EU or EEA member but is part of the single market.

If you live in a third country and you want to order from our website, don’t worry, we have got you covered, as now we can ship our products worldwide.
For deliveries to addresses outside the EU, for legal purposes you are the importer of the goods and are responsible for any import formalities as well as any duties, tariffs, or taxes which may be charged by the customs authority in your country. This means that you might be charged duties, tariffs, or taxes at the rate applicable in your country to clear the products.
Before making an order, contact the local customs authorities or a customs agent and check what are the import formalities for the products that you want to import into your country and make sure that you can satisfy them.
DELIVERY TIME
You should allow UPS courier 10-15 working days to complete the delivery of your order. Usually, the carriers offer “clearance” as a service so you might reach out to them as soon as we send you the tracking number of your order.
MISCELLANEOUS
By failing to complete any of the import formalities (incl. payment of duties, tariffs, or taxes) you risk your products being seized by the local customs. If such event arises, you should be aware that STRENGTH & CONDITIONING NUTRITION (i) is not to be held responsible if any, or the total part of your order is seized by the customs authorities in your country (ii) will not accept returns of products that are part of seized orders, (iii) shall not consider the parcel as “lost”, (iv) shall not refund any orders or resend any products.
